Sales and Return Policies

All sales are final. A request for return may be submitted, and is contingent on manufacturer and GeminiTech management approval.

A 20% restocking fee may be charged.

Even exchange cannot be made on any purchases of stock or non-stock items.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on sales after fourteen (14) days of order receipt.

If items are received damaged or DOA you must notify GeminiTech within 24 hours to start the RMA process.

Interest charges of 2% will be applied starting the day after the due date of the invoice.

Government agencies, state, local and federal are subject to the laws of that procurement vehicle, the FAR, or DFAR.

Before returning any merchandise, contact us with your order number. A sales representative will contact you within one (1) business day.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping, if any, must be paid by the customer directly.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given for items that are not compatible because of customer provided part numbers.

Service parts are not sold (i.e., motherboards, power supplies, formatter boards, etc)
