Conveniently located in Waipio, just seconds off the H2, our service center offers a full range of services. We are just past Costco off the Ka Uka exit in the Gentry Industrial Center, behind the Okinawan Center. We offer not only in shop repair, but on-site services, and even pick-up and delivery from your home or business.

We service desktops, notebooks, tablet PCs, servers, printers (laser, dot-matrix, and inkjet), multi-function devices, personal copiers, handhelds, PDAs, projectors, digital cameras, scanners, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and certain R/C toys if the techs can play with them for a bit after they are fixed.

GeminiTech has been offering perfection in service since 1991. Our guarantee of estimates by next business day provides rapid turnaround of equipment. Now backed by our sales department we can also offer upgrades and additional accessories for your system. For businesses, schools, or government offices with large numbers of PCs and printers, we can offer proactive maintenance on a regular basis to eliminate the downtime caused by poorly maintained equipment.

Warranty Repair

Serving an ever increasing number of manufacturers, GeminiTech is a premiere warranty service center. GeminiTech is the only company in the state to offer Hewlett Packard Commercial Notebook repair; all others (including the HP Office) have to send your notebook to the mainland for repair. As the service center for Office Depot, Office Max, AAFES, Navy BX, and Circuit City, we have performed thousands of repairs on warranty equipment.

Out of Warranty Service

If our list of warranty vendors wasn't long enough, we service just about any product out of warranty. Our rapid turnaround time, attention to detail, and highly trained technicians has brought us kudos from every corner of the state. UPS and FedEx regularly use GeminiTech to diagnose equipment that has been allegedly damaged in transport. With both in shop and on-site options, you can make the call as to how quickly you need to be up and running.

At the second traffic light with McDonalds and the Okinawan Center, turn right and head mauka. On your left after the Storage Place is the Gentry Industrial Center.
